Close to the beach, pool was nice. Managers wife was very nice and accommodating (we asked the manager when breakfast was the next day as we were leaving at 8. He said 8-830 and didn't make any effort to say they would serve earlier for us. Later we asked his wife and she said that we would serve us breakfast at 745. Egg and toast with fruit)
It is a bit far from the city centre but only a 300r Tuktuk ride. Only had a top sheet and no blankets. Also, towels need to be upgraded as they are very small and one had a big brown stain on it.

We booked to stay here for 1 night before flying home after 3 weeks in Sri Lanka and found it very relaxing. We stayed in 10 hotels during our stay in Sri Lanka, No question This is the best. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet and the hotel had a peaceful chilled vibe. There is a lovely pool area to relax in. All the staff were very friendly and were happy to give us ideas about the area, and also arranged our transfer to the airport. It is 2 minutes from the beach (which was very clean and quiet) and close to some great restaurants, The chef went out of his way to cook us an early breakfast and also provide us with Sri Lankan food which was really delicious. We were made to feel very welcome here and I would recommend this hotel.

Close to Beach. Friendly staff. Good Spa recommendation.
Hotel is still under construction. Breakfast service very slow. No blanket, smelly towels. They do not clean or refresh room.
